Why have my property styled?
To achieve the best results in this competitive market, make your property stand out from the crowd. When a buyer walks into a vacant property, it is difficult for them to see the true potential; they will not typically linger in an empty, cold space. Professional home staging allows the buyer to instantly connect with the home and envision creating a home and lifestyle in that space.
What re the terms for payment?
- For Home Staging and Commercial Staging we require an upfront payment before job has started (fixed price).
- For Airbnb and STR styling we charge on an hourly basis and require payment 48 hours before home installation
Can I use existing furniture?
We will be able to stage your home for sale if you are able to vacate the property for the duration of the sales campaign, but unless the furniture fits in with our design for maximum impact, we will request that all furniture be removed.
